1. Introduction
Welcome to Appsira Innovation Pvt Ltd. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms of Use”) govern your access to and use of:
- Our mobile applications
- Website(s)
- Digital tools, content, products, and services
- Any future online or offline services linked to these Terms
(Collectively referred to as the “Platform” or “Services”).
By accessing, downloading, installing, registering, or using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You have read and understood these Terms;
- You are legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy;
- You agree to comply with all applicable laws while using the Platform.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately.
2. User Eligibility
To use the Platform, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years old;
- You are legally capable of entering a binding agreement under the Indian Contract Act, 1872;
- You are using the Platform for lawful purposes.
If you are under 18:
- You may only use the Platform under a parent or legal guardian’s supervision;
- All actions, payments, and responsibility remain with the guardian.
Appsira reserves the right to:
- Verify your age
- Request identification
- Deny access, suspend accounts, or terminate usage if eligibility requirements are violated.
3. Account Creation and User Responsibilities
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. By creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and updated registration information;
- Not impersonate another person, identity, brand, or organization;
- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials including password, OTP, emails, and device access;
- Accept full responsibility for all activities performed under your account.
You must notify us immediately at:
if:
- You suspect unauthorized use;
- Your account or password has been compromised;
- You detect suspicious activity.
We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access due to your negligence.
4. Authorized Use of the Platform
By using the Platform, you agree NOT to:
- Copy, modify, distribute, translate, or reverse-engineer the Platform;
- Attempt to bypass or modify security features;
- Use automated systems (bots/scripts) to access the Platform;
- Host, upload, or share content that is illegal, abusive, defamatory, vulgar, violent, sexual, hateful, discriminatory, fraudulent, or harmful to minors;
- Interfere with system performance, servers, or network.
If you violate these rules, we may:
- Suspend or permanently terminate your account;
- Restrict platform access;
- Pursue legal action under Indian IT Act 2000, IPC, and other applicable laws.
5. Payments, Billing & Financial Information

When using payment-related features, you agree that:
- All information (UPI, cards, wallet, bank details, billing address) is accurate and legally yours;
- You will not use stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulent payment methods;
- You authorize Appsira and third-party payment partners to process, verify, and validate transactions.
Appsira:
- Does not store full financial data unless legally permitted;
- Is not responsible for transaction failures, processing delays, bank issues, or chargebacks beyond our control.
You agree that refunds, cancellations, or subscription rules are governed by Section 13: Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Content Ownership, License & User Submissions
All text, UI, graphics, icons, designs, trademarks, software code, and data on the Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Appsira Innovation Pvt Ltd.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license solely to access and use the Platform.
If you upload, submit, or share content (text, profile data, media, reviews), you grant Appsira:
- A worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, and sub-licensable license
- To use, store, publish, analyze, modify, display, and distribute such content for operational purposes.
You also confirm the content:
- Belongs to you;
- Does not infringe rights or laws.
7. Reporting Abuse or Violations
If you find content that is:
- Illegal
- Fraudulent
- Misleading
- Harmful
- Offensive
- In violation of these terms
You may report it at:
We will investigate and take necessary action based on severity and applicable laws.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Your data usage is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an inseparable part of this agreement.
By using the Platform, you consent to:
- Collection, processing, sharing, and retention of data as defined in the Privacy Policy.
9. Termination of Access
Appsira may suspend or terminate user access:
- For violation of these Terms;
- Due to fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or illegal activity;
- For inactivity beyond a reasonable period; or
- At our sole discretion, with or without notice.
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Platform immediately ends;
- We may retain your data to comply with audits, legal, or regulatory requirements.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Appsira shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, punitive, business, data, revenue, or personal loss resulting from Platform usage.
Your sole remedy is to:

11. Warranty Disclaimer
The Platform is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
We do not warrant:
- Continuity, uninterrupted performance, or error-free services;
- Accuracy or completeness of displayed information;
- Timely updates, compatibility, or suitability for any purpose.
12. Refund & Cancellation Policy

- Orders/subscriptions can be cancelled within 24 hours (unless otherwise stated).
- Cancellations requested after processing or delivery may not be eligible.
- Refunds, if applicable, may take 3–14 working days depending on payment provider timelines.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in:
