This policy explains how Appsira Innovation Private Limited (“Appsira”, “we”, “us”) handles information collected through this website.

Our apps are covered separately. If you use Tallo, the handling of your personal data in that application is governed by the Tallo Privacy Policy published at talloapp.com/privacy, not by this page.

1. What we collect

This website does not require you to create an account and does not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Information you send us. If you use the contact form or write to us, we receive your name, email address and the contents of your message. The contact form opens your own email application — it does not store anything on this website.
Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of request. These logs are used to keep the site secure and working.
Fonts. This site loads a web font from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers. No other third-party service runs on this site.

2. How we use it

We use what you send us to reply to you and to keep a record of the correspondence. We use server logs for security and diagnostics. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

3. How long we keep it

Correspondence is retained for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and to meet any legal or accounting obligation. Server logs are retained for a limited period by our hosting provider.

4. Sharing

We do not share your information with third parties, except with our hosting and email providers who process it on our behalf, or where disclosure is required by law or by a valid order from a competent authority.

5. Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to contact@appsira.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.

6. Security

This site is served over HTTPS. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

7. Children

This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 through it.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page with the date it was last updated.
